This involves identifying key processes and analysing them in terms of inputs, outputs, resources and controls, to understand and manage the processes that have an impact on customers.

Customer Satisfaction

Information on customer requirements are identified and communicated internally to ensure customer satisfaction. The data is then used to influence and improve processes, to develop services to achieve and enhance customer satisfaction.

Continual Improvement

The continuous improvement of products, processes and systems are permanent objectives of the Patrick Autocare quality system.


Patrick Autocare is certified to AS/NZS ISO/14001 – Environmental Management System. The program reinforces Patrick Autocare’s corporate responsibility to achieve environmental standards which contribute towards environmental protection, to meet the needs of the wider community.


Patrick Autocare has a dedicated insurance team to handle, process, report and complete all claims.


Prior to appointment, all drivers and operators are trained in all aspects of customer requirements. These include receiving the vehicles, inspection reports, build processes, loading and unloading of vehicles, OH&S requirements, incident reporting, ePOD (Electronic Proof of Delivery) usage, meeting customer requirements and exceeding their expectations.
