Can I leave personal belongings inside the vehicle?

No, All personal belongings must be removed from your vehicle.

Do you transport Damaged Vehicles?

Yes, depending on the damage. Please contact our Booking Centre on 1300 656 768 to discuss further.

Do you transport non running vehicles?

No, All vehicles must be drivable with operable steering, foot and hand brakes.

How long will it take to transport my vehicle?

Each movement of transport has a different transit time, please discuss transit times with our Booking office on 1300 656 768.

How do I make payment for my vehicle transport?

We accept, Visa, MasterCard or direct deposit. Payment is made over the phone through our Booking Office on 1300 656 768. Payment will not be accepted at our depot locations.

Is C.O.D Available?

No, All bookings must be pre-paid prior to transport.

Is my vehicle covered by Insurance.

Patrick Autocare does not offer Insurance for your vehicle. However if Patrick Autocare is found to be negligent in damaging your vehicle we do have a claims process. We suggest that you have your own personal cover for your vehicle transport.

Do you transport Trailers, Motorcycles, Caravans Etc?

No, we do not transport Trailers, Motorcycles, Caravans or Boats.

Do I need to remove all external accessories?

Yes. All roof racks, weather shields, rear window louvers, bonnet protectors and tow bar tongues must be removed.
